As a result of the perishable nature of our products we cannot accept returns, however, refunds are still provided. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, let us know. We'll make it right.


How to Start a Refund

To start a refund, you can contact us at chocohouseonline@gmail.com. We will ask for your order number and a picture of the item's condition. Please try to keep the item in the same condition that it was received.

Please note that refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

When Can I Ask For a Refund?

While we do not have a specific policy on the time-frame in which a refund must be asked, requests for refunds will have a significantly higher chance to be accepted the closer they are to the receiving date. For the best chance at an accepted refund, contact us immediately after you receive your order.
